This program is built around the iron. It is meant to for one simple thing….get you STRONG
There will be a huge emphasis on the Deadlift, Press, Squat, and Bench.
You will have a total of 4 lift days (2 lower, 2 upper)
This is an 18 week monster program broken up into (3) 6 week blocks. We highly advise you take a week off before starting the next block
Conditioning will be included along with a dedicated ruck day every week to bring to a total of 5 training days per week.
If you are used to using speciality bars or equipment, that will be fine. Just use the main movement you have been used to doing for the program
