This program is built around the iron. It is meant to for one simple thing….get you STRONG

  • There will be a huge emphasis on the Deadlift, Press, Squat, and Bench.

  • You will have a total of 4 lift days (2 lower, 2 upper)

  • This is an 18 week monster program broken up into (3) 6 week blocks. We highly advise you take a week off before starting the next block

  • Conditioning will be included along with a dedicated ruck day every week to bring to a total of 5 training days per week.

  • If you are used to using speciality bars or equipment, that will be fine. Just use the main movement you have been used to doing for the program
