The goal of this 8 week program is to improve your getup, swing, and press strength all while increasing overall body composition, lean muscle mass, conditioning levels, functional strength and your ability to just move better! Your diet, sleep, and hydration should be taken seriously.

All 6 of the main kettlebell movements are covered in this program: GetUp, Swing, Squat, Press, Snatch, and Clean. If you take this program serious, you will see some serious improvements in your strength, how you feel and how you move. This is a fun one.

This cool thing about this program is that it can be done ANYWHERE if you have a bell or bells!
