We wanted to put together a minimalist resistance training program for those who just want to work with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. There is nothing wrong with getting away from the barbell for a while and really learning how to move and use your body. You can still get plenty strong, look good, and stay healthy using the tools that started it all! BELLS!

This is a 6 week program that includes 3 days of lifting circuits and 3 days of bodyweight volume circuits. This is a high volume program.

Only equipment you need is kettlebells or dumbbells and a way to do pull-ups.
