The goal of this program is to maximize hypertrophy while still challenging your work capacity. This program will help build a great base and increase your GPP.

Program specific details:

  1. The program is 6 weeks in length

  2. You can run this program with a normal weight room setup

  3. 5 total days of training with other days being optional

  4. 2 Power Days, 2 Metabolic Circuit Days, 1 Recovery Day

This program will include 2 specific power emphasis days:

The goal of the power days is to enhance neuromuscular control and firing. This is very important in everything you do and will do moving forward

This program will include 2 specific metabolic conditioning emphasis days:

The goal of the metabolic circuit is to induce a neuroendocrine and metabolic response from training, maximizing muscle-building.
