✅ 3 Dedicated Lift Days

A tiered system approach that trains power, strength, and muscular endurance in the same session while each day pof the week these tiers rotate. Also each phase the tiers rotate in emphasis and importance! Each day includes:

  • Targeted Warm-Up to prep movement patterns, mobility, and CNS readiness

  • Power Tier — explosive lifts and low-level plyometrics to sharpen speed

  • Strength Tier — big compound lifts to build durable force

  • Endurance Tier — high-rep or time-based strength work to reinforce muscular stamina

  • One day also includes anaerobic conditioning protocols to train your ability to push at max output

  • You can expect a variety of different movements that vary in tempo, complexity, challenge and more!

🔩 2 Conditioning / Work Capacity Days

Sessions designed to push lungs, grip, and grit under structured, repeatable efforts. These include:

  • Work Capacity Circuits

  • Interval-Based Efforts

  • Loaded Carries and Tactical Conditioning Drills

🛠️ 1 Aerobic Readiness Day

A 6th day focused on Zone 2 conditioning protocols or structured ruck sessions based on your operational needs. This purposeful work enhances recovery, cardiac output, and durability — keeping you sharp without beating you down.
